I’ll be taking part in the Crystal Beach 5K on Saturday, October 10, 2026 in support of The Little Black Goat Farm Sanctuary.

I’m running 5K for a cause that means everything to me — the animals.

Last winter was incredibly difficult for our little sanctuary. We faced loss, sickness, and medical bills that quickly added up. With another Canadian winter around the corner, we want to be prepared.

So I’m running to help build our sanctuary medical fund — a fund that allows us to provide veterinary care, medication, emergency treatment, and the support our animals need when the unexpected happens.

Every dollar raised goes directly toward helping the animals in our care and allowing us to continue rescuing, rehabilitating, and making a difference. 🤍
